Soul Rejuvenation
is a unique three hour healing event that combines restorative yoga, Reiki hands on healing and channeling for a transformative and nourishing experience. Sound healing and essential oils are also integrated. This holistic gathering is intended to help heal and rejuvenate the mind, body and soul.
Restorative yoga is a gentle, floor sequence that utilizes supportive props that enable you to rest and relax. The practice can reduce stress and anxiety by providing you with a greater sense of peace and inner balance.
Reiki is an ancient, non-invasive, hands-on-healing practice in which the experienced practitioner channels and amplifies the energy through their hands to the receiver. This gentle technique can alleviate stress and create a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace for the individual receiving it.
Channeling spiritual guidance is the practice of connecting with higher spiritual sources or divine wisdom to receive insights, advice, or messages. Tania intuitively tunes in to receive information from spirit guides, one’s higher self, past loved ones and will share individual messages as they come through.

Post Covid-19
Masking is optional. Tania is fully vaccinated and an air purifier will be used. Yoga mat, blankets, blocks and eye pillows are provided and properly cleaned before and after each session.
Disclosure: Each participant needs to be able to get down and up from the floor. All first time participants are required to fulfill a Waiver prior to beginning of the workshop.
Tania Isaac is a certified E-RYT 200 in Integral Yoga Hatha principles with a specialization in Accessible Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga and Yin. She is passionate about sharing the love and knowledge of yoga in a nurturing, informative and safe method. Tania is also an experienced channeler and Reiki Master Practitioner, honored to share all of her gifts in this blended service of self-love and care.
