Soul Rejuvenation
is a unique three hour workshop that combines restorative yoga, Reiki hands on healing and channeling for a transformative and nourishing experience. Sound healing and essential oils are also integrated. This holistic workshop is intended to help heal and rejuvenate the mind, body and soul.
Restorative yoga is a gentle, floor sequence that utilizes supportive props that enable you to rest and relax. The practice can reduce stress and anxiety by providing you with a greater sense of peace and inner balance.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese practice channeling healing energy - Universal Life Force - through the hands. This energy already flows through our bodies, keeping us alive. A Reiki practitioner channels and amplifies the energy through their hands to the receiver. This gentle technique can alleviate stress and create a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace for the individual receiving it.

Post Covid-19
Masking is optional. Tania is fully vaccinated and an air purifier will be used. Yoga mat, blankets, blocks and eye pillows are provided and properly cleaned before and after each session.
Disclosure: Each participant needs to be able to get down and up from the floor. All first time participants are required to fulfill a Waiver prior to beginning of the workshop.
Tania Isaac is a certified E-RYT 200 in Integral Yoga Hatha principles with a specialization in Accessible Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga and Yin. She is passionate about sharing the love and knowledge of yoga in a nurturing, informative and safe method. Tania is also an experienced channeler and Reiki Master Practitioner, honored to share all of her gifts in this blended service of self-love and care.
